In the 1930s, the renowned Meili Photography Studio, located on Nanchizi Street in Beijing, specialized in capturing scenic views and famous landmarks of the city. The studio produced both large-format photographs and complete sets of postcard-sized prints. Photographer Hou Kaiyuan once worked for the studio. In 1934, Meili Photography Studio partnered with the management office of the Temple of Heaven to open a service point within the park.

The studio’s large-format photographs were exquisitely produced, with each print housed in a thin wax paper sleeve. The sleeves were printed with descriptive texts in both Chinese and English, adding to their historical and collectible value.

1930年代，位于北京南池子大街著名“美丽照相馆”以拍摄北京风光名胜为主，包括大照片和全套明信片尺寸小照片，摄影师侯凯沅曾经为该馆工作，1934年美丽照相馆与北京天坛公园管理处联合在天坛内开设服务。美丽照相馆出品的大幅照片制作精美，每幅照片都装在一个薄腊纸套内，腊纸印有中文和英文的说明，具有极高的文物收藏价值。 >>返回>>
